Our beef is born and raised on our ranch. While being filled with cuddles from the grandbabies; They get to naturally graze over our land and feed off of nature. During the winter months, they feed off of our homegrown hay bales. In the last months of their lives, they are put into our pastures where they are fed corn and grains for better flavor and overall better meat! This question comes up a lot so to clarify our hamburger cows are grass fed only. Regarding the steers we sell, it is your choice if you want it corn/grain fed or just grass-fed only. You can purchase Ground, Whole, or Half. If you would like to do a 1/4th you are welcome to find someone to go in on the other 1/4th to make up that half. We sell our hamburgers all year round and our steers are sold 2x a year. When buying a steer there is a requirement of a down; Full $1000, Half $600. Your steer will be dropped off at one of our local butchers and if you have a preferred shop that is an option as well. From the farm to the butchers there is a $45 delivery fee. You are responsible for the Butcher fees (Kill fee $75, Cut & Wrap .60 cents per lb) the Best part about it all is you get to go over the cuts with the butcher and pick what best fits your household. Now, don't worry! If you don't know what to get they are happy to help you and go over all the options available. Our Hamburger stands out from most! Hamburger is normally ground-up leftovers of cows, but better yet our hamburger is ground Steaks, Ribs, Briskets, and more. We often get asked what we do to make it taste so good and that's all! It is important to us to give you all quality healthy meat! Our meat is also USDA Certified and Inspected. For any questions feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer all of your questions!
Our Lambs are Born and Raised right in our backyard. They feed off of the natural lands and at times they get to feed off of the leftover crops of our homegrown hay. They get special treats here and there from our leftover meals and love the cuttings from the grass when it's been mowed. We often have a close relationship with our lambs and the kiddos sure do love to take them for a ride. Their wool is sheared and sold to a company in Tooele, UT. We Like to sell them in full but are always willing to go over other options if interested. There is a $45 delivery fee to the butcher, you are responsible for the butcher fees ( $45 Kill fee, .60 cents Cut & Wrap). You get to go over all the cuts with the butcher and pick what best fits your family! A down of $250 is required to finalize the order. Our Pigs sure do love to play in the mud! While their days are filled with playing each day more delicious meat is put on. Our pork meat stands out the most from what we have been told by our customers. My favorite cut is the sausage patties! We Like to sell our pigs as a whole but you are more than welcome to find others to go in on half with you! Our Price includes all the butcher fees. A $600 down payment is required to finalize your order. You get to go over all the cuts with the butcher and pick what best fits your family!
